What is our return policy?
We accept anything in new condition with original tags for a full refund. You have 14 business days to return items after you receive your shipment. Return shipping is free and there is no restocking fee. We’ll credit your refund to the same card you used to make the purchase.
What if I want to exchange my stuff?
Just return the original items for a full refund and place a new order.
When will I get my full refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed at our factory and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on its way.
What’s Final Sale?
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. Items on sale but not marked “Final Sale” are ok to return.
