RETURN FAQ
What is our return policy?
We accept anything in new condition with original tags for a full refund. You have 14 business days to process your return from the date your order is fulfilled. Return shipping is free for exchanges and store credit. There is a $5.00 handling fee for refunds to original payment method. We’ll credit your refund to the same card you used to make the purchase.

When will I get my full refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed at our factory and then 3-5 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on its way.
For International Returns
For international returns we do not supply free return labels. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover return shipping and ship the item back to our shipment center at Merritt Charles 881 Dover Drive, Suite 145 Newport Beach Ca 92663. Once item is received the same terms apply on refunds. What’s Final Sale?
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. Items on sale but not marked “Final Sale” are ok to return.
