The Houston top is a white ruffle top made of cotton gauze that is vintage inspired. The blouse has lace detail around the arm and gathering at the cuff with a lace elastic trim. The white ruffle top has ruffles around the neckline and the bottom hem. It ties in the center front with a drawstring for a loose and easy fit.
